I believe that there is a special place in Heaven for beloved authors of children’s books. Dr. Seuss has been holding down the fort for many years . Back in March he was joined by Beverley Cleary, and now they have welcomed Eric Carle into the fold .

The world is better for having had them and their books in it . They brought joy and the love of reading to both young and old . Our loss is Heaven’s gain.

What do you think they are doing up there together? Here’s what I think . I think they are in Heaven’s library, sitting around a table , collaborating on a new book. I can just imagine the title : ” Ramona Quimby and The Very Hungry Caterpillar Hear A Who ” .
