It is a scary time we are living through right now, but we can and will get through it as long as we have each other. Phone calls, video chats and social media go a long way in keeping us connected to the world. Check in on family and friends, it will brighten their day. If you know someone who can’t go to the grocery store, offer to go for them. It will help give them some peace of mind.
If you can, try to go outside for a little bit each day. Other than taking a quick trip to the grocery store when we need to , my husband and I now take a daily walk around our phase of the condo we live in. Not only we do we get some Vitamn D , but the exercise does us good. If you can’t go out, there are plenty of things you can do inside to pass the time. Read a book, try a new recipe, or play a game. Now is also a good time to catch up on your rest. I bet napping never sounded so good !
So sit back and take a deep breath. We’re all in this together , and with each other’s help , we will survive.
Hey, Hey .
