Due to Covid-19, better known as Coronavirus, the world as we know it has changed. No more going out to eat, going to movies, and in some cases going to work. Because I work at an elementary school here in South Florida, I am now home until April 15th at the very least as set forth in a ruling by our governor.

Unfortunately some people still have to go to work, including my husband. Every morning I’ve been sending him to work with a baggie of wipes and instructons to wipe down everything BEFORE he touches it, wash his hands and reminding him to keep as much distance bewteen himself and his co-workers as he can. Of course he knows what to do, but this way while I’m sitting at home it helps me worry a little bit less. I want us to grow old together and if I could keep him home and wrap him in bubble wrap, I would.

Yes, we still have to go out for neccessites like food and medicine, but ONLY for necessities. By going out when you don’t have to you are not only putting yourself at risk, but everyone around you as well. It’s like the domino effect. The more people you put at risk, the more people they put at risk, and so on and so forth. It’s time to put on your cape ( figuratively speaking ), and help save the world.

Be a superhero. Stay home.
